World Music Café, a terrific Dinner & Show concert experience featuring quality culturally diverse musicians with a sumptuous banquet of international cuisine, comes to Mandurah on Friday 20 September in the Platinum Room at the Peel Thunder Football Club as part of the Mandurah Arts Festival. This exceptional event showcases gypsy jazz quartet, Sino Swing, playing the happy sounds of upbeat Parisian swing classics with a delicious Eastern flavour on erhu, violin, fingerpicked guitar, and double bass; Bindjareb elder and respected musician, George Walley, performs his beautiful original songs with ancient Indigenous soul; and the exciting new South African band Mahali fronted by the incredible Mahali Selepe from Leshoto, with a high energy repertoire celebrating the best of contemporary South African music.
The brilliant banquet includes a sumptuous supper club-style meal curated by Swell Fine Food catering. World Music Café has been playing to sold-out audiences across Perth for five years and brings its multicultural magic to Mandurah for the very first time this Mandurah Arts Festival!
